Meet Patti

I’ve been writing all of my life. When I first got online, I guess in the late 90s I discovered freelance writing and blogging–oh and you got paid for it. WooHoo!

I did that until about 2016. At that time self-publishing fiction had become a thing so I started writing fiction to publish. I had been dabbling with fiction all along, but never really finished anything. Since then I have written and published over 22 books (cozy mystery and romance).

During my freelance and blogging days I wrote for several top websites (under a previous name) so I was a professional writer. I guess I still am, although I don’t call myself that these days. I’m just a writer, I’ve learned a few things, I’ve created my own worksheets when I couldn’t find ones that suited me and my style. Now, I want to share those things with other writers.

I’ve written cozy mystery as Patti Ann Stafford and I write romance and romantic suspense as Ann Stafford.
